- Precision stainless steel instruments, made to a client's brand and specification. Two lines: a personal-care and grooming line (safety razors, nail tools, cuticle tools, tweezers, manicure and pedicure sets) and a medical and surgical line (surgical, orthodontic and retractor instruments) produced as contract and component work. Every piece is CNC-machined, then hand-finished in Sialkot.

- Yes. Razors, nail and cuticle tools, tweezers and manicure sets are engraved, finished and packed under your brand. You approve a sample first; nothing goes into production until you have signed it off.
- Do you hold ISO 13485, CE marking or FDA registration?
- No. Smartway CNC does not hold ISO 13485, CE marking, EU MDR or FDA registration, and no certification process is underway. Medical and surgical work is supplied as contract and component manufacturing to clients who are the manufacturer of record and hold their own certification. Grooming tools are not medical devices and need no device certification.

- Both are quoted per project, because they depend on the instrument, the finish and the packaging. Send a drawing, a sample or a written brief and the quote comes back with feasibility, MOQ and lead time. There are no catalog prices.

We confirm feasibility, steel grade, MOQ and lead time, produce a sample for your approval, then run the order under your label.
- Can you make an instrument that is not in your catalog?
- Yes. The catalog shows capability samples, not a fixed range. Non-catalog and bespoke instruments are built to your drawing or sample, and the tooling is kept for repeat orders.
- Do you sell to consumers?
- No. Smartway CNC manufactures for brands, distributors and other manufacturers. The client owns the brand and sells the product; Smartway builds it.
- Is Smartway CNC the same company as Smartway Machine Solutions?
- Yes. Smartway Machine Solutions is the same Sialkot business; Smartway CNC is the name used for its OEM and private-label manufacturing.
- How long has Smartway CNC been manufacturing?
- More than ten years. The factory combines CNC machining with the hand-finishing craft that Sialkot's instrument trade is known for.
