Smartway CNC is a contract manufacturer in Sialkot, the city that makes most of the world's hand-finished steel instruments. We make two things: a personal-care and grooming line (safety razors, nail tools, cuticle nippers, tweezers, manicure and pedicure sets) and medical and surgical instruments produced as contract and component work for clients who finish and certify them.
You bring the brand and the spec. We machine, hand-finish, inspect, and pack under your label. Grooming tools are not medical devices, so a private-label grooming line needs no device certification from us or from you. Consumer-product rules in your market stay with the brand owner, and we quote to a spec that fits them.

How we check an order
Every instrument is built from a stated steel grade, machined to tolerance, and inspected against your approved sample before it carries your brand.
Materials
- Surgical & martensitic stainless (e.g. 410 / 420 / 440)
- Steel grade listed on every capability sample
- Skin-contact steel selected for corrosion resistance
Certification
Smartway does not hold ISO 13485 or CE certification, and no certification process is underway. Our medical work is contract and component manufacturing for clients who hold their own certification. Earning our own is a long-term goal.
Inspected against your spec
Dimensions, action, and finish are checked against the sample you approved before anything is packed. A piece that does not match is reworked or scrapped.
REACH nickel-release aware
For skin-contact grooming steel, we can work to REACH nickel-release limits (tested per EN 1811) so your line clears European retail requirements.
Consistent, repeatable batches
CNC machining sets the tolerance and hand finishing holds it, so a repeat order matches the first.
