Based in Sialkot's instrument-making hub, Smartway CNC is a contract manufacturer. We make two things well: a personal-care & grooming line — safety razors, nail tools, cuticle nippers, manicure and pedicure implements — and medical & surgical instruments produced as contract and component work for the clients who finish and certify them.
You bring the brand and the spec; we machine, hand-finish, inspect, and private-label to your requirements. The grooming line isn't a regulated medical device, so it's a clean route onto retail shelves in the EU, North America, Japan, and demanding markets worldwide.

We'd rather under-claim and deliver. Every instrument is built from a stated steel grade, machined to tolerance, and inspected before it carries your brand.
Materials
- Surgical & martensitic stainless (e.g. 410 / 420 / 440)
- Grade stated honestly per product — no vague claims
- Skin-contact steel selected for corrosion resistance
On certification — plainly
Smartway does not hold ISO 13485 or CE certification today, and no certification process is underway. Our medical work is contract and component manufacturing for clients who hold their own certification. Earning our own is a long-term goal we intend to grow into — when we do, it will be stated here, not implied.
Inspected against your spec
Dimensions, action, and finish are checked before anything ships. If it doesn't match the drawing you signed off, it doesn't leave.
REACH nickel-release aware
For skin-contact grooming steel, we can work to REACH nickel-release limits (tested per EN 1811) so your line clears European retail requirements.
Consistent, repeatable batches
CNC machining sets the tolerance; hand finishing holds it. You get the same instrument, order after order.
